Turkmenistan Recognizes Foreign Degrees

Turkmenistan is going to amend its laws to recognize degrees and diplomas issued by foreign universities and institutions of higher learning. President Berdymuhamedov told Friday a meeting of the cabinet of ministers that there are more than 5000 young people in the country who have qualified from abroad. He said that we should recognize the degrees issued by the CIS and other foreign countries. Ministry of education will issue a special statement to follow on the presidential instructions.
