Iranian delegation arrives in Turkmenistan for three-day visit

Prior to Iranian President Mohmood Ahmadinejad’s official visit to Turkmenistan, the government delegation of the Islamic Republic of Iran led by Deputy Foreign Minister Seyed Mahammadali Shahidi has arrived in Turkmenistan. According to the Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru, the delegation has been received in the Turkmen Foreign Ministry today.

As reported, in the frames of the three-day visit the members of the Iranian delegation will have meetings in other ministries and departments of Turkmenistan and discuss the bilateral cooperation issues.

Tomorrow, the meeting of the Fifth Turkmen-Iranian commission on consular, border and customs issues will take place in Ashgabat.
